Costs and processing times
Government fees, funds requirements and processing times change periodically and vary by individual case. Always confirm the current figures at the official source linked below before making decisions or payments.
Rights and restrictions
B-1/B-2 visitor status does not permit employment in the United States. Any work-related activity outside narrowly defined B-1 business visitor rules can put status at risk.
How AGS Visa Bridge can help
- Explaining the DS-160 and interview process in plain language
- Helping you prepare consistent, well-organised supporting evidence
- Signposting official Department of State guidance
AGS Visa Bridge provides application support and information only. Eligibility feedback is preliminary and not a visa decision. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, and no outcome, processing time or approval can ever be guaranteed.
